Presenter, the New Innovative Bag Concept

The Presenter, a functional bag with unique appearance, is produced by according processing of a common stand-up bag by a machine which is especially developed for this cause.

As a consistent supplementation to the product priority of company Wolf Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH and oriented on each users requirements, the new innovative bag and machine concept of the "Presenter" was developed together with partners.

The basis of this concept is a capble system, which is completed by the offers of the project partners.

The "Presenter", a functional bag with its unique appearance, is produced by according processing of a common stand-up bag by a machine which is especially developed for this cause. Existing packaging machines can be modified any time with the Wolf KVM for the production of this bag. Even premade bags can be handled accordingly on the KVM machine. Therefore, the user can produce a bag offering new possibilities with well known technology.

This bag receives its unique shape by a special treatment of the bag top. A cutout in the top fin makes a new folding technique possible. This gives the bag its striking appearance, whereby the bag top can be executed as an arch, in square shape or flat with sealed down bag fin (stackable). The functionality of the bag, which is characterized by the reclosure and the integrated pour-out opening, remains untouched by this styling. The reclosure can be realized by a label, clip, tape or appropriate film material. An originality closure is also possible.

The pour-out opening is already produced with the cutout in the top fin and can be used after opening the reclosure. Perforation or peelable film makes the opening of the pour-out easier. After the product withdrawal, the moulded folding is put back and can be fixed with the reclosure.

Shape and function are united in this bag to a unique market position.

The format range covers currently a bag volume of approx. 250 – 2.000 ccm. The bag dimensions are in a format range of up to 250 mm bag width (A x B). A machine performance of 55 – 60 bags/min., depending on bag size and filling volume is achievable. This bag can be used for all pourable products (from powder to pieces) which require a multiple product withdrawal.
