When the question occurs to close bags tightly and with high performance, we offer the technology of the Ultra Sonic sealing procedure. This technology enables homogeneous seals with high flexibility without the requirement to have a safe distance between the seal and product. All varieties of film material thickness and plastics can be sealed reliably and pressure proof without soiling the tools. Packaging solutions with plastic coated carton or paper with only an extreme thin coating is also possible.

The control of the sealing procedure within the range of milliseconds guarantees a production without waste and without a negative effect on the product.
