Screw Doser: High-capacity dosing
The new SD 80 Servo screw doser is designed for high-capacity dosing of powdery to fine-grained products requiring gentle and dust-free filling with maximum weight accuracy.
- All easy and heavy flowing as well as dusty or adhesive products, eg. spices, coffee, foodstuffs and chemical/pharmaceutigal powder form 20 to 20000 cm³ fillling volume are dosed particularly cost-effective on the SD 80 Servo.
- Driven by servomotors, the doser are largely maintenance-free. They can be used as individual units (for direct container filling) or preferably with a synchronized packaging machine.
